Privacy notice
We Raazi is a service being built by Vishal Gupta in Gurugram, India ("we", "us"). Before anyone joins as a paying member, We Raazi will be run by a registered limited liability partnership, and we'll update this notice. This notice explains what personal data we collect while We Raazi is in its early-list stage, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- What you enter: your gender, age band, city and email address.
- Optional answers: how you rank the three partnership paths, your marital status if you choose to share it (never married, divorced, separated or widowed), and whether you'd try a Blind First Meet. We use these only to understand who is interested, never to contact you differently or share with anyone.
- How you found us: the ad or link you came from (campaign tags), and a referral code if someone invited you.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, photos or ID documents at this stage.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the early list, founding membership and launch in your city.
- To understand who is interested, so we can decide where and how to launch.
- To invite some people to an optional, paid research conversation.
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the sign-up form.
Who can see it
Only the We Raazi team. We use a small number of service providers to store data and send email, such as Google (Sheets and email) and our website host. We do not sell your data, and we never show your details to other members or the public.
How long we keep it
Until We Raazi launches in your city and you decide whether to join, or for 12 months, whichever comes first. After that we delete it, unless you've become a member.
Your rights
- See the data we hold about you.
- Correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. We'll stop contacting you and delete your data.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if it isn't resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to.

Age
We Raazi is only for single adults aged 28 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
